It's usable, I guess, but I wouldn't. I used to like it, back when I was a kid and loved the Anastasia Krupnik books by Lois Lowry, but I got over it. The name is just so bloated and puffed up, and it has a cold feel to it also. Also sounds a bit too much like anesthesia.
