I say it her-MY-o-nee. The 'o' sounds is nearly indetectable though.
On a side note, in the Dutch translation (how I read the first three books) her name is Hermelien, when I switched over to English for the fourth book, it took me a few tries to get the right 'flavour', settling on teh above. It was coincedentally also the book in which she teached Krum to say her name.
