The first things that came to mind were Cai and Si/Sia. I think Anna or Annie could also work for Sienna. Cairo is a bit more difficult.

I wouldn't suggest having nicknames for Cairo and Sienna though.

Ro and Enna....but really I wouldn't use nicknames.
