Don't really know the couple, but I know the grandparents well...
New birth, girl:
Charisabella Bliss
*Couple noted that the first name was a combo of Charis and Isabella.
*Also fun to note that the last name is a Nature word.______________________________________________

Good heavens. Sweeter than treacle.
Charis or Isabella would have been fine, but not a combo. And Bliss is just silly.
Why not Charis Joy or Isabella Joy?

Although I think Charisabella Bliss is too much, I do like Charisabel. There's Rosabel, Christabel, Maribel, so why not Charisabel. I just think the combo as a whole is way over the top.

Over-the-top!

Well that's a mouthful. I would like it better as a combination of Charis and just Bella that they intended to be "beautiful grace". It's just too much name regardless. I've never liked Bliss it just seems empty as a name somehow. In regards to your second question Isabella Charis would be lovely.

It's got a lot going on. Sounds like the name of a princess. I think it's kinda pretty but, yeah, she'll be nicknamed by middle school.

Seeing this name I get the impression that the parents are froufrou hippies. It also seems like they chose it because they felt like it was creative and clever. Clever since Charis and Isabella blend into one another.I would have spelled it Carisabela and I feel that the mn is too much when combined with the first name. But hey it is the perfect froufrou hippie name combo which might be what they wanted.I actully kind of like Carisabela because this spelling looks less made up and I like the sound. Clarisabela is also kind of nice, so are Carisabel and Clarisabel.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONHad the name been one of the below variants, would you feel differently?Instead of Charisabella Bliss:Charis Isabella
Isabella Bliss
Charis Isabella Bliss
Charis Bliss
Isabella Charis

Any of them are better, even Charis Bliss which is awkward.
Charis Isabella is a stuttery combo, though.
Charisabella would not be so bad with a less floofy middle name, like Jane or Grace.

I like Charis. Isabella is fine. I've never cared for Bliss. The only combo that appears to me at all is Isabella Charis.

Isabella Charis has better flow than CharIS ISabella.
Carys Isabel would have been nicer, imo.

I find Bliss very trite, and Charisabella very clumsy. So I'd prefer Charis Isabella, although I'd actually prefer Isabel or Isobel to Isabella.

Well I don't like Isabella. I could go for Charis Bliss.

Charisabella is bad enough as it is. Adding Bliss makes it ridiculous. Poor kid.

I like long, flowery, very feminine names, but that's too much even for me. But in addition, I don't care for "bella" endings.

I really like Charisa or Charis. Just chop off the rest and we're good.

To me, that seems overdone to the point of being silly.
It's mostly the Bliss part that makes me squirm.

Charisabella Bliss is a tad overwrought for my tastes, but at least she'll have a few good nn options to choose from (and she'll need them). I get the feeling that the parents *really* wanted a little girl, lol. Congrats to them.
