Well one of my middle names is Anali so I guess I am kind of biased toward Analia...I think it is really pretty and the pronounciation is the one I would have read straight away. The 'anal' part doesn't worry me at all and people get over it in real life, or they grow up. I have only ever had one person point it out to me and it was a ten year old boy who was crude and obnoxious. The pronounciation takes away from it too.
I don't mind Nyla either...nms but kind of cute.
I am not a fan of the middle names at all however.
