I prefer Lillian Rose Dawn over Lillian Dawn. Rose in the middle breaks up the flow, otherwise the repetitive 'n' endings sound awkward.

Brooke Olivia - not a fan of Brooke, I find it very bland, and Olivia is too trendy for my liking.
Eve Rachel - it's ok. Lillian and Eve fit nicely together as sisters.
Faith Audrey - much prefer Audrey Faith. Audrey and Lillian would be adorable as sisters.
Grace Luila - nice flow, people might not know how to pronounce it (I didn't), but there's nice meaning behind the names.
Hope Rachel - nice enough
Olivia Ruth - good flow, but Olivia and Lillian are quite a tongue twister as sisters.
Vivian Lee - sounds a bit masculine to me.
Vivian Grace - pretty, but as you say, Lillian and Vivian are a bit too matchy. Grace Vivian?
