I fell in love with Tamsin after reading about the Donner Party, a member of which was named Tamsin Dinner. That may not seem like the best association, lol, but to me it gave the name a nineteenth century pioneering vibe and thus a lot of charm.

I like alliteration generally, so a last name that starts with T would not deter me.
