Patricia doesn't wow me because it's dated and doesn't have great nn options. Having said that, Tricia and Trish trump Patty and Patsy, hands down. I did read once online of someone nn'd Patia which I found interesting. I'm assuming it's pronounced PAH-shuh which is kind of cute. I can't imagine it being pronounced pa-TEE-uh. Has anyone here heard of Patia?

Well, I don't love it and it's not on my PNL, but I do like it---it's just too dated. It's my sister's name. And when it was popular, it was very popular so there are a heck of a lot of women out there named Patricia.
