In terms of the actual names on the list, I know I've contributed (as first names) to the popularity of:

(That is, if you were counting middle names in your calculations...)
Names that made the list that I don't like at all (besides Tristan):
Helena (primarily because HEL-ehn-uh is my intuitive pronunciation, and I'm put off by the fact that the name then begins with "Hell"; I love Elena, though)

Aurora (I just can't say it without tripping over the Rs)

Cecilia (though I love, love, love Cecily)
