Something for nickname "Sibby"
Replies
The first thing that came to my mind, oddly, was Siobhan despite the pronunciation.
I'm a big fan of Sibella / Sibilla / Sibylla / etc.
Sebastiana
Sebastienne
Sabine
Sabrina
Sabriyya (I love this name. omg.)
Sabien
Sibeal / Isibeal
ETA: I forgot about Zibby.
Zenobia came to mind first. whoa.
Ziba
Zibiah
Hephzibah / Hepzibah
Zubaida
Izabela
Jezebel

Cybella. I worked with a crazy girl everybody called Sibby so she didn't figure out we were calling her Sybil.
I could see Sibby working for Sabrina / Sabina, any of the feminizations of Sebastian (Sebastienne, Sebastiana, etc).
Zibby could come from Hephzibah, Zibiah, Ziba, maybe Zenobia?
(Also, anything that leads to the initials Z.B. or C.B. [though you might end up spelling it Cibby that way?])
It's kind of cute, but it's not really my style. Thinking on it, I just realized I don't have any -ie or -y nicknames for any of the names I like, so definitely not something I'd use. I'd definitely be like "ooh what is that short for?" if I met one though.
