Reva
It appears on the US top 1000 at the same time as Reba, less frequent (early 20c).

I don't have much of an opinion on Reva, I just wanted to note that in New Jersey Rivka is in the top 100 which I find interesting. I wonder if Reva or Riva rank in the top 1000.

My first inclination is to pronounce Reva as RAVE-ah, which I dislike. I don't really like Riva either because it reminds me too much of the verb "rive".I'd prefer Rivka.

I love Reva! I like Riva because it reminds me of Emmanuelle Riva (she whose Best Actress Oscar was stolen by Jennifer Lawrence a few years ago), but I prefer Reva.

I prefer the spelling Riva for sure. Honestly, I read a fantasy series with a male character with this name and I got really attached to it used that way. I prefer Rivka as far as less common Rebecca shortenings go, but Reva is nice and gives a less overpowering vibe than I get from Reba.

I know a Reva. She's 92 years old. It's okay, but nothing special, IMO.

It sounds exactly like the time period it was on the list for.

As a Firefly fan all I can think of are reavers - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reaver_(Firefly) - which makes it an unappealing name.I do like Riva, though I prefer Rivka.
