I have a son names Hank and a daughter named Arwen. Now I'm expecting twins- a girl and a boy. We're naming the girl Sonnet, but I'm stuck on the boy. I like Rory, Rhys, and Solomon. If we weren't using Sonnet, I'd like to use Eleanor, Scout, or Jocelyn.
Any suggestions?

Your taste is all over the place, so it's difficult to really pin down what "goes" because anything would go, really. I like all Rory, Rhys, and Solomon but I like Rhys the best.

Sonnet and Solomon would be quite cute for twins. I also like Sonnet and Van, Sonnet and Quinn, Sonnet and River, Sonnet and Remy, Sonnet and Eli, Sonnet and Darby, Sonnet and Gene, Sonnet and Harley, Sonnet and Jude, Sonnet and Leo, Sonnet and Xavier, Sonnet and Barnaby, Sonnet and Nico and Sonnet and Milo.

I love the sound of Sonnet and Solomon together. They fit well with Arwen too, though Hank seems a bit odd-one-out. Sonnet and Rhys would be my second favourite from the names you gave, and that seems to include Hank a little more.
Could you use Scout for the boy?

I prefer Solomon out of those three, and I think Sonnet & Solomon could be cool together.
I also like Eleanor and Jocelyn, but I don't think Jocelyn goes well with Solomon, so...
