Lauren - Lauren Elisabeth is also a very pretty combo, if not unique (I know a ton of Laurens, and Elisabeth/Elizabeth is probably the middle name for quite a few of them)
Scarlett - prefer it with Alexandra, it has a better flow
Olivia - but not with Rachel, it's mixing genres too much

John - but he needs a less common middle name

Jacob - Jacob William is a nice combo, but there are probably a ton of little Jacob Williams running around
