I like it. It's not earth-shatteringly great, but it's a solid name. I am not crazy fond of the s-sound ending on male names, but that is not a deal-breaker. It just makes it harder to pair middle names for me.

I like the Louis spelling a lot more too, though I would tend to say Louie with that. Both pronunciations work though.
