Arthur seems to be rising in popularity

Most of the names on both these lists are posh to the point of surreal. Like somebody was doing a really terrible novel about vapid socialites in London, real horsey types, and needed a bunch of over-the-top, bloated names for them.
I had to wonder why little Tom and Harry's brother was named Edward and not Dick.
