Re: Lara, Iris, Georgia and Jessa

Aww these are all springtime darlings. All of these names are very purple to me.
Lara is very sweet. I like it pronounced like LA-ra "first syllable sounds like "cat") as opposed to LAH-ra (first syllable sounds like "job"). It's a simple, eastern European gem that goes a long way.
Iris used to be one of my top names. Pretty eyes, pretty flowers, rainbows! I still think it's darling, but I think I just became less attracted to the sound over time.
Georgia is fabulous, and doesn't need the nickname Georgie. Same amount of syllables, I don't see the point! Anyway, I think Georgia is great because it gives me aggressive southern vibes mixed with Greek vibes, which together makes one strong woman. George is one of my favorite boy names and a lot of it has to do with the meaning "farmer, earthworker". A George or Georgia works hard to create something beautiful.
Jessa is cute. I was thinking last night about Jessamine or Jessamyn. I'd prefer Jessa as a nickname for one of those.
