Nice name if you speak French. If not, it looks like a deniable case of naming a girl a stereotypical guyname. Like naming her Arnolde or Howarde.
I love it! :) That's the name we chose for our baby (if it had been a girl). I like it, because it's uncommon (in french speaking areas it's quite old fashioned and there are no young people called like this), it sounds elegant, but not too girly and I like Rémi as a NN.

It's not too bad. Raymond as the full name is a bit stuffy, but Ray is a friendly, talkative middle-aged guy with a slight paunch who can fix or build anything; Ray is a good guy to have around in an emergency.
It's a girl name. :)
Then I don't like it at all. Use Ramona.
