Grace
Ever since I saw the miniseries Wolf Hall, which I adored, I have loved the name Grace exponentially more, to the point where I think it is my No. 5 at the moment (maybe 2, sometimes). In the series, Cromwell had two daughters named Grace and Anne who died with his wife of the sweating sickness. Both Grace and Anne achieve a reserved sleekness that I admire. I really think the series captures an understatedness and subtlety that is nearly extinct in this era.
I am also very close friends to a very nice family with three daughters named Susannah, Leah, and Grace. So, lately the name Grace, which I was never much cognizant of at all before except for the constantly used stock combos of Emma Grace and Olivia Grace (so many..). I would never relegate it to the middle name position.
Grace Adeline
Grace Emmeline
Grace Eleanor
Grace Elizabeth
Grace Isabel
Grace Imogen
Grace Virginia
Others?
Other new visitors to my top ten include Louise and Irene, though they have appeared before. Reserved classic beauties!

I adore Grace. I think it's beautiful and elegant but is youthful and upbeat. Plus it's just a great word. I also find it very dull in the middle name spot, but very fresh and gorgeous as a first name. It's towards the top of my list and I'd use it easily.
Grace Imogen is my favorite combo of yours, and I of course love Grace Virginia--two of my favorites.

I've always loved the name Grace. :) It's both my aunt's first name and my sister's middle name (honouring my aunt). If I ever have a daughter, she'll be Eowyn Grace (honouring both my aunt and my sister). My sister also has a niece by marriage, Autumn Grace, who goes by Gracie. I know you said you don't like it in the middle name position, but for honouring someone so close in the family it just wouldn't feel right to put it first, because it could get really confusing.
I also love Irene, for the record; it was my mother's middle name (Patricia Irene) and now my newest niece's middle name (Catherine Irene).
I've never been a huge fan of Louise, but I don't dislike it.
Grace combo suggestions:
Grace Irene
Grace Josephine
Grace Ariana
Grace Juliet
Grace Fiona
Grace Amelia
Grace Marianne Patricia
Grace Marigold
Grace Eloise Caroline
Grace Rosaline / Grace Rosalind
