I really like Aurelia, but I have found that there are a lot of different pronunciations, and I only like Au(or)-RAY-lee-ə. Based on that, I think Elia or Relia would sound great, although Aura's always been my fave nickname (as it is for most Aur/Ora names). But I think Aurelia is a really unusual, strong, beautiful name with an okay meaning too (though I do prefer silver to gold haha).

I think it is beautiful. I'm not usually keen on NNs but Elia is also pretty.

I quite like this name, especially the meaning of it. Bit unsure of the nickname, since that links you to a guys name. But I think it's nice!
