Chic Nickname for Victoria
I have always LOVED the name Victoria because it sounds royal, delicate and femennine, yet very strong and powerful. But even if I love the "classiness" of the name I would like to have a rather modern or CHIC nickname for the name... I do not want it to be Vicky or something that is very common....
As to guide you, VIX is a very good example, but I am looking for new optionsPD: Just in case you wish to use it, her full name would be Victoria Alexandra...

I didn't read the other responses yet, but Ria strikes me as the most chic. Besides the Vicky-related nicknames like Vicka, Vicks, and Vita... there is the common Tori or Tory, Tora, Via, or Tia. Hope that helps!

I don't like the nicknames Tori or Vicky, so I am right there with you. It keeps me from really liking Victoria as a first name. I like your suggestion of Vix. Its very vixen-y. My suggestions are:Via
Vivvy / Vivi
Viv
Vita
Vee / Vi
Rory / Rorie
Tia
Val (short for the V and AL in the names)
RiRi
Tora
Riva

I think you hit the ball out of the park with the nn Vix. That's super cute.
The best I could come up with was Oria (like the ever popular Aria with a softer beginning), Ori, Aura (if you extend the Oria or Ori as opposed to the actual name in question), and Vi. I think Tori would be too common according to your specifications.I honestly prefer Vix or Vixie. It's cute.

Vita is my favorite nickname for Victoria (a la Vita Sackville-West).

I've always been fond of Vika (Vee-ka) as a nickname for Victoria.

Perhaps Victoire? But I love Just Jonquil's suggestion of Vita. Victoria Alexandra is gorgeous, btw.

I knew a Victoria in high school who went by Toria. I always loved that.

In England in the late 1800s girls called Victoria were often nicknamed Queenie - and your combo consists of two queens' names.
Ria and Tori are cute.
How about Vida or Vita or smooshing the combo to come up with Vidra ?

Ria
Toria
Tora
VeeThere aren't too many. FWIW, I've a dd named Victoria who has usually gone by her mn. Her friends in high school went through a phase and called her Icky Vicky. The phase didn't last too long, fortunately, but it was all in good fun.
