I think Ada is a great, neglected name. For a long time I thought it would take off in popularity because it is similar to other, more-popular names. I pronounce it AID-ah. Sorry, but I'm not very good at creating combos.
I think Ada is lovely and a name I would consider using in the future if I had a DD. Ada Florence is my fave combo and was my maternal great-great grandmother's name. I have always thought the combo was so pretty. My paternal great-grandmother's name was Ada Grace, which is also beautiful. As you can see, it's a name from the family tree on both sides, so that's why I would consider using it. I pronounce the name as "AY-da", like Ava, but with a D instead of a V obviously. As for other combos, I like:
Ada Evelyn
Ada Pearl
Ada Phoebe
Ada Patience
Ada Poppy
Ada Posy
Ada Iris
Ada Ruby
Ada Rosemary
Ada Rachel
Ada Elizabeth
Ada Emmeline
Ada Estelle

I love Ada so much!
My personal preference is Ada ('AY-də') as a nickname for Adelaide - I love both names so it's a bonus.
As far as middle names go, I think you can do almost anything because it's so simple.

Endellion?? Dude! Where in the world did you come across that one?

David Cameron's daughter is named Florence Rose Endellion.

In Swedish it's pronounced AH-duh. I think it's a bit too old-fashioned and in Sweden people tell jokes about "Kal and Ada from Gothenburg" (Kal being the Gothenburg dialect pr. of Karl, it's not really spelled like that), it's a bit like the Ole and Lena jokes in America, I think.
OTOH, I kind of like the English pronounciation AY-da. It makes me think of "The Piano", which I liked (and I love the music).
Ada Emily
Ada Emmeline
Ada Rosalind
Ada Martina
Ada Isabella
Ada Christine or Christina
Ada Marie or Maria

I pronounce it ay-dah (ay rhymes with hay)
I really like it. I was honestly surprised that it hasn't boomed yet as an alternative to Eva and Ava. I still think it will. It's a little more sophisticated than Ava in my opinion, but still retains the short and sweet charm of those simple names.
Ada Irene was a combo I had on my list a long time ago.
But, I also like:
Ada Giselle
Ada Claire
Ada Marie
Ada Lisette
Ada Frigg
Ada Beatrice
Ada Holly
Ada Mayumi
Ada Pearl
Ada Charlotte
Ada Margaret
Ada Justine
Ada Celeste
Ada Felice
Ada Isabeau
Ada Grace
Ada Therese
Ada Blaire
hope that helps!
