Cosima

I say: KAW-s'ma. The S is almost a Z, and the name barely has 3 syllables.
It's usable, but I don't particularly like it. It's like the name Cosmo, sort of self-consciously heroic/nerdy, and also distinctively Italian in the way that Cosette or Colette is distinctively French. I think it's about as appealing as those names, too - it's OK, nms. It also makes me think of what Barbara Kingsolver said about the names two of her characters, sisters named Halimeda and Cosima - the names were supposed to suggest their father's distant, intellectual attitude towards his daughters (I really liked the name Halimeda but I think both names do seem really nerdy, unless you're Italian I guess). The Cosima character was called Codi btw.

I pronounce it ko-SEE-ma. I love it and think it is usable. It sounds like an opera character to me.
I think Cosima is totally usable, yet unexpected and whimsical. I dig it.
I pronounce is Co-zeema (as in co-ed), but I have heard it pronounces Coss-imm-ah as well. I find it pretty both ways.
Cosima Faith is a great combo, since Faith is a stronga nd traditional choice that ground Cosima a bit.
Some other combos you may like are:
Cosima Lorraine
Cosima Dawn
Cosima Laurel
Cosima Jane
Cosima Lucy
Cosima Adelaide
Cosima Justine
Cosima Olive
Cosima Gail
Cosima Florence
Cosima Jordan
Cosima Lily
Cosima Faye
Cosima Reese
Cosima Selene
hope that helps!

I pronounce Cosima as coh-SEE-mah and I think it's definitely a usable name. My first impression of a person with this name is that she is intellectual, thoughtful and very kind. And she likes classical music, for some reason... (Cosima Wagner was the wife of composer Richard Wagner.)
I made a poll of combos with Cosima a while ago, so there are my middle name suggestions for you: http://www.behindthename.com/polls/244845

I love Cosima, it was on my short list for ages, til DH nixed it :( To me, it comes across as sort of posh and upscale, yet funky with a bit of whimsy. I definitely think it's useable. I don't particularly care for Faith as a middle name in any instance, but with Cosima, I think it is even worse... since Cosima is a bit unexpected, and Faith is so... filler-ish... they just don't jive, it would seem like you lost all of your good naming mojo coming up with a stellar first name and then you just let the nurse or someone give her a fill-in-the-blank middle name ;-)
I'm not one for random combos, b/c I do the family name thing, but with Cosima, I love-
Cosima Beatrix
Cosima Léonie
Cosima Elowen
Cosima Fleur
Cosima Juniper
Cosima Tesni
Cosima Therese

I always pronounced it COSS-im-ma until I started watching this (super amazing) tv show called Orphan Black, where one of the characters is called Cosima. They say coss-SEE-ma on the show, so now I instinctively pronounce it like that.
I definitely think it's useable. It's a really, really nice name. It's kind of understated fancy. Fun fact: it's the name of Nigella Lawson's daughter.
I don't really like the name Faith, but it fits nicely with Cosima in terms of sound. Some other suggestions:
Cosima Violet
Cosima Belle
Cosima Rose
Cosima Lillian
Cosima Beth
Cosima Valerie
Cosima Autumn
Cosima Freya
Cosima Calla
Cosima Isobel
Cosima Penelope
Cosima Laura

Orphan Black is where I first really became aware of the name Cosima and started loving it. Agree it is an amazing show!
I like the sound/flow of Cosima Faith but it does feel like it doesn't entirely 'click' for me and that is probably due to Faith's filler status.
From your suggestions I like:
Cosima Violet
Cosima Belle
Cosima Beth
Cosima Freya
Cosima Penelope
Cosima Fawn
Cosima Helena
Cosima Aria

I love Cosima, it's a favourite of mine and on my short list. I find it a little other-worldly, I suppose because it reminds me of "cosmos". I pronounce it as kos-EE-mə.
I find Faith a little underwhelming in general, due to its popularity as a middle name, and I don't think it does Cosima justice.
Perhaps...
Cosima Adelaide
Cosima Beatrice / Beatrix
Cosima Daisy
Cosima Daphne
Cosima Dorothy
Cosima Elisabeth
Cosima Fleur
Cosima Florence
Cosima Georgiana
Cosima Gwendolen
Cosima Harriet
Cosima Isobel
Cosima Josephine
Cosima Liliane
Cosima Magdalene
Cosima Rosamund
Cosima Violet
Cosima Wren
