I like Georgiana a lot, but I can't see Georgia as a nickname. It's too much a full name for me. I'd go with Georgy or Ana or something else. As for middle names, I'd pick something slightly less girly but still reasonably old-fashioned, preferably not ending in a, but since Georgiana is not an -ia name, that's less of an issue here.

Georgiana Adeline sounds nice, but I'm not a huge fan of the name Adeline. It sounds incomplete to me somehow.
