Georgia/Georgiana
I was reading Elena's post below to SO and turns out we both like Georgiana (surprisingly), possibly nicknamed Georgia. SO likes Georgiana Adeline but it sounds like a mouthful to me.
WDYTO Georgiana?
What would you pair as a middle name?

I love Georgiana it's beautiful and doesn't sound like a masculine name with an A tacked on the end (which is one of my name pet peeves).
I don't really think Georgia is much of a nickname....
Georgiana Alice
Georgiana Charlotte
Georgiana Claire
Georgiana Daphne
Georgiana Iris -- my favourite
Georgiana Isabel
Georgiana Lily
Georgiana Mathilde
Georgiana Olive
Georgiana Phoebe
Georgiana Ruby
Georgiana Sophia

I prefer Georgina to the both of them, but out of Georgia and Georgiana, I prefer Georgia. I think Georgiana sounds too...I don't know, elaborate for me? I don't think it's a bad name, it just always sounded too storybook princess to me for some reason, which again isn't necessarily a bad thing, just sorta hard to pull off. I do think Adeline could work, though. Perhaps...
Georgiana Therese
Georgiana Linette
Georgiana Faye
Georgiana Sharon
Georgiana Adele
Georgia Sabine
Georgia Christine
Georgia Rosamund
Georgia Diane
Georgia Nathalie

I try to avoid names with pronunciation issues. jorjeeAHna? joreeANNa? You, and she, will get both, and might even get hit with the ludicrous jorJANEa. I'd willingly use Georgina, but not Georgiana and not Georgia either - too geographical.
The main source of mouthfulness is Georgiana. Middle names really get used so seldom. It's usually helpful not to have a vowel, like -a, followed by a vowel, in this case another A-. You could solve it by inserting a short, consonant-heavy mn between them: Georgiana Clare Adeline, perhaps? Or Georgiana Lynn Adele.

I think Georgiana is a beautiful name.
I would pair it with Sibyl.
Georgiana Sibyl.

Georgiana Sibyl.
I really like Georgiana lately, especially after reading a series of books with a protagonist named Georgiana who goes by Georgie. (Actually her full name is Lady Victoria Georgiana Charlotte Eugenie - wow!) I really prefer Georgie to Georgia. Georgia has never appealed to me, sound-wise.
Georgiana Adeline is nice, but, you're right, it is a mouthful.
What about:
Georgiana Adele
Georgiana Mary
Georgiana Frances
Georgiana Helen
Georgiana Violet
Wow, it's hard to pair names with Georgiana!

I like Georgiana a lot, but I can't see Georgia as a nickname. It's too much a full name for me. I'd go with Georgy or Ana or something else. As for middle names, I'd pick something slightly less girly but still reasonably old-fashioned, preferably not ending in a, but since Georgiana is not an -ia name, that's less of an issue here.
Georgiana Elisabeth
Georgiana Harriet
Georgiana Margaret
Georgiana Mary
Georgiana May
Georgiana Eleanor
Georgiana Adelaide
Georgiana Adeline sounds nice, but I'm not a huge fan of the name Adeline. It sounds incomplete to me somehow.
