I love both Jack and Alice and could use them both IRL, I wouldn't use them together though. Alice seems more classic than Jack, which paired with Alice looks like a nickname which is weird to me since I don't see Jack as a nickname at all. If you are considering Jack and Alice as a sibset, I would probably go with John nn Jack instead.
As for the combos, I like these:
Jack Robin - neither is a nickname to me since they are used as given names were I live, but I can see why other people would think of it as a very nicknamey combo.
Jack Ronan
Jack Wilbur
Alice Isabel
Alice Coraline
Alice Evelyn
Alice Ophelia
My favorites are Jack Robin, Alice Isabel and Alice Coraline.

For the record, my grandmother is named Alice, and she had a beloved brother, Jack, who was killed in WWII. Seeing them together is like home to me, and it is a pairing I admire deeply.
Jack Edmund and Alice Margot are my favorites from your list, though I must say I also see the appeal in Jack Wilbur.
