Genevieve. It sounds prettier to me than Aveline, and is more well-known. I get the feeling that a lot of people might be unsure how to pronounce Aveline.Sherlock: Alone is what I have. Alone protects me.

yes, agreed... I am not sure how I would pronounce Aveline, myself. So pretty on paper, but pronunciation is tricky.

I think that is closest to Aveline's French / Norman roots.
