I like both. I prefer Julia as I think it ages better and also won't get mixed up with another name. I think Emilia would become one with Emily and Emma since theyre sooo common.

I really don't like either.
As a general "rule" I don't like "Ju-" names, with the one and only exception of Juno.
Emilia gets on my nerves, nobody pronounces it any different to Amelia, they only use the different spelling because Amelias "too popular".

IMO the lesser of two evils is Julia.

I prefer Julia. It's a timeless classic, ages well, and is beautiful to look at and say. You can't go wrong with it.

The spelling of Emilia has always struck me as "incorrect," even though obviously it's not. It just looks weird to me. I prefer Amelia.

Julia. Emilia is too similar to Amelia, which is one of my least favourite names.

I prefer Emilia.
Both are very popular here in Sweden, but Julia was more popular in my generation than Emilia. So I'm more tired of Julia, and while I like how it sounds in English and Spanish, I don't like how it sounds in Swedish. So, Emilia.
