My cousin has decided to name her little girl Rossana (the Italian version of Roxana), and she asked me for help with middle names. It's a pretty name with good nicknaming potential, but I have to admit that I'm stumped! Ideas for middle names that would flow well with Rossana (roh-SAH-nah, not roh-ZAH-nah) and a long Italian surname?
