I like Anne and think it's very pretty. I'm with Anne of Green Gables that the e is important.
However, Anne is hard to match up with middle names. Anne Louise is about the best from your list, and I actually work with an Anne whose middle name is Louise. No, wait, she's Ann. I think.
Anyway, Anne Marie is still the best combo.
I like the name Rebecca, but Rebecca Anne seems much better than the reverse.
Hate the nn Annie, it's so Dust Bowl and bedraggled; Annie with her frizzy hair and wrinkled gingham dress and dirty bare feet.
I really hate Jane too and it screams plain all by itself; Anne and Jane is a very dull sibset, all they need is a Mary. Jane just spreads its dullness onto other names. Annie and Jane is no better.
