I love Anne, and Jane, and I wouldn't find sisters named Anne and Jane plain at all. I'd find them beautiful and refreshing, among a sea of girls named Isabella, Emily, Sophia etc.
Of the combos you listed, they're all nice, as I like the simplicity of Anne to be balanced out by a longer name.
My particular favorites are:
Anne Genevieve - visually sunning
Anne Elizabeth - it's a classic combination, it never fails
Anne Cecilia - I love the sound and flow
Anne Theodora - as above
