I like it spelt Amyas and pronounced AMM-ee-as. I first saw it on a Poirot episode, so I think of that.

Sibset Aubrey, Georgina, Amias & Caspian ... This doesn't work imo. Aubrey, Georgina and Amias work fine, but Caspian seems to try a lot harder than any of those, and just doesn't fit the style imo.

Used to be on my list, it has a great sound, but I decided its image was too foppish.

I've always liked this name too, despite where I heard it*. It sounds like "amiable." I assumed it was a Biblical name, but apparently not. Mns:

Great name and it just strikes me as your style. Amias has a classy, romantic feel to it and it's very nice.
