Barnaby is actually from
Midsomer Murders which is a rather silly series, but I think the name sounds like a frumpy old English gentleman smoking a pipe, and I like that pic!

Bram Stoker, although I'm not really a huge fan of him. I like some frumpy names, simple as that! ;)
