Catherine for me + question for everyone
I prefer it with a C, although I still like it very much with a K. My favorite nicknames for Catherine/Katherine make more sense if you spell it with a K, though (Kay, Kit, Kitty). I'm debating with myself whether I prefer it with nicknames or without. So I guess that is a question for everyone! Do you prefer Catherine/Katherine on its own or with a nickname? If the latter, which nickname do you like best?

I like Katherine on its own, but it's on the longer side, so nn's are a given. My favorites are Kat and Kit (thanks to Billina and her reference to a book).
