NMS reminds me of an older Southern woman. Would you use any nn? Ginny I could see that working for a younger person.
Virginia Theodora would be my favorite combo from above. I think that because the name is so old fashioned and classic you could really play it up and carry on the theme.
My suggestion would be Virginia Mae. Pronounced like May, I just like the vairiant spelling. If you used the nn Ginny you could call her Ginny Mae. That would be so cute and endearing but still professional and respectable as Virginia.
