I love the name Virginia! It's so elegant, and it comes with a great nn: Ginny. Virgin isn't a negative word, imo.
As for your combos, I really like...
Virginia Blythe
Virginia Caroline
Virginia Dorothea
Virginia Frances (my personal favourite)
Virginia Lucy (a close second)
Virginia Louise
Virginia Ruth
Virginia Susannah

I like it. Mostly because it was my grandmother's name and I love the nn Ginny.
I think Virginia is a heavy-hitter and needs to be paired with something short and sweet. Of your combos, I like Virginia Alice, Virginia Claire, Virginia Diana (though I would prefer Diane), Virginia Grace, Virginia Louise, Virginia Marion, Virginia Rose, and Virginia Ruth.

I can't stand it. It sounds like the female productive parts and it has the word virgin in it too. So yuck.
NMS reminds me of an older Southern woman. Would you use any nn? Ginny I could see that working for a younger person.
Virginia Theodora would be my favorite combo from above. I think that because the name is so old fashioned and classic you could really play it up and carry on the theme.
My suggestion would be Virginia Mae. Pronounced like May, I just like the vairiant spelling. If you used the nn Ginny you could call her Ginny Mae. That would be so cute and endearing but still professional and respectable as Virginia.
I guess it has grown on me a little more now!

I don't like it simply for the teasing potential. It has the word "virgin" in it.
I love Ginny, but I would use a different full name.
