Never liked it. It's so generic, and also goody-two-shoes. Jane is generic the same way, or near about, but Jane doesn't strike me as goody-two-shoes. For whatever it's worth.
I think Liz is a nice, grown-up, practical nn, and Betty is a friendly grandma nn, and Beth is kind of pretty. And Betsy is kind of like Betty but with the urge to go out to boot scoots and karaoke nights and such.
