I like it. It's similar to, but a nice change from, the very overused Sara/Sarah.

I remember when Zara Phillips was born, my mother was appalled at the name. She was appalled by any name starting with a Z, as hers did.

I guess I'm too down-market, or too American, to have any more than marginal awareness of the store.

I personally have known two youngsters named Zara and I think it's a great name!

I really like it and so does DH. It's a nice name and I also think it would age alright too.

I don't mind it, but for some reason I always think Z- names on girls are trying too hard. So I prefer Sara.

I prefer Zora, but Zara is all right. There are other -ara names I like more, like Ara, Mara, and Lara.

I've met two Zaras, and one spelled it Zahra while the other spelled it Zarah. Zara looks incomplete to me now, even though I know it's not.

It's a nice name but I can only think of the store.
