I like:
Patrick James Arthur, brother to William Laurence Reed
Philip Robert
Fabiana
Phoebe Alice
Philippa Edith Maria, sister to Josephine Mary and Franziska Ada Marie - It kind of annoys me when people use variants of the same name on their children, but this seems intentional so for some reason it doesn't bother me as much
Philippa Jane I've known a few Petar's and even though they pronounce it the same as Peter I always want to say pee-TAR.

Yeah, I'm thinking they're Catholics and in this case it's in honor of Virgin Mary (also it seems their mother might be German). In this case Petar is pronounced 'PEH-tahr'.

I love Quentin Claude Swinburne (!!) and Philippa Edith Maria. Poppy Antoinette is also quite charming.

Poppy Eva-Betty is hilariously awful!

I love Phoebe, but Pheobe has me wondering if the parents didn't know how to spell it. Maybe it's some kind of old family name and that spelling has some sort of significance to them? Still, I find it kind of irritating to look at.
