Roma
What are you thought on the name Roma? It's a guilty pleasure name but the name is really starting to grow on me. I love the clean look, the pronunciation, but also the association with the city Rome.

I think of Gypsies when I hear it, so it's not a good idea. (Though I do think that the Gypsies' reputation is undeserved.)

I met a woman called Roma, it really really suited her and I couldn't believe it when I found out she was actually called Rosemary! I think it's a strong name, that is clearly feminine, it is also uncommon but not made up or "yoonique". I like it a lot :)

It's pretty, but because of the city and the gypsy association, I wouldn't use it.
I know someone called Romy, but Roma is better.

It sounds a bit like a nickname to me. It also reminds me of the words: romance and romanitc, which is a bit offputting. But I do think the name has a lovely sound.

I think of Roma tomatoes as my first association. It looks and sounds very nice to me. I don't think it needs to be "relegated" to guilty pleasure status.

I love Roma! But it's a GP of mine. The Roma people make me feel a bit uncomfortable using it.
