names from the Italian "Supernanny"
I've been watching the Italian equivalent of the programme "Supernanny" and here are some of the families that appeared:Family based in Catania, Sicily:DH: Saverio
DW: Teresa
DD: Erika (they showed it spelled on her room's door)
DS: Stefano
DS: Thomas (this is weird since Italians don't use foreign names so much, not without a specific reason).Family based in Pescara, centre-East
DH: Marco
DW: Novella (this is really weird, and it's literally like being named "Short story").
DD: Sofia (v. popular atm)
DS: Matteo
Twins: DS Gabriele and DD GiuliaAnother family had single mom Michela with children Daniele and Martina. Michela's mother and grandmother also appeared, and their names were respectively Simonetta and Silvana.

Novella is completely legit as a name in Italian even though it means the same thing in Italian as it does in English.
