Very regal, in a good way. Definitely one of the better suggestions - go for it!

I love Arthur, it's one of my favourite names and one I would seriously consider using in real life.As for Louis, it depends on pronunciation. I say it the French way LOO-ee, not LOO-iss like Lewis. I'm not sure if Arthur Louis sounds great with either pronunciation, actually. My favourite Arthur combos include Arthur George, Arthur Harvey and Arthur Finn.

Nothing wrong with Arthur. Nothing wrong with Louis. But they are sure pretty boring together, I think. I'd keep only one and rework the combo.

I like the two names a lot and they seem to have the same style, but as a combo it's a bit bland. Are you pronouncing Louis like loo-ee or like Lewis? Arthur and Louis both have two syllables, maybe try Arthur with a shorter or longer middle name to mix up the sounds a bit?

It's ok, I really like Arthur. Arthur Louis reminds me of Prince William though (his name is William Arthur Philip Louis)

I love Arthur, it's on my list but I always forget about it. Which I think is Arthur's problem, it's pretty forgettable. Arthur Louis does nothing for me, it's a bland combo. Arthur needs something much stronger and more colourful in the middle. Arthur Sebastian, Arthur Tobias, or Arthur Sullivan for example. :)

I like both Arthur and Louis, but especially Arthur. However, I don't like the two o them together. As RoxStar siad, it sounds a bit stuffy. What about Arthur Lewis? That makes it look a bit less stuffy to me. Or Arthur Lucas?

I love Arthur and the combo is a nice one.

It's not terrible, but very old-mannish and kind of stuffy. I don't care much for the sound of Arthur, and it does call to mind Arthur the anteater or whatever critter he is.
I did have a boss I liked a lot called Art. Nice-looking older guy who was quite capable of putting the fear of God into people, but he was really a teddy bear underneath.

I think he's an aardvark. :)

I love it. Excellent name. Would happily use it on my own son.
