Oh, dear. I'm afraid all I can think of is high-fiber cereal and muffins. Otherwise, it's a nice combo.
I almost hate to suggest it, but maybe you could tweak the spelling to get the proper pronunciation. Like Brahn Isaac, perhaps? "Bran" just feels unworkable to me.

Thanks humblebee. Great suggestion about changing spelling for proper pronunciation. My husband suggested Bron, but Brahn looks much nicer.
