I think if I had a kid today I would call him Isaac. It has really grown on me lately. So, your thought/feelings on Isaac?
I don't mind Zac or Ike. But I just like Isaac.
In Australia, Isaac is pronounced IE-zac, but I've heard Americans pronounce it IE-zick, sorta. You can hear the ZAC when Aussies say it. I only like the way I hear Australians pronounce it tbh.

I like Isaac, though I've never heard it pronounced so "zac" is recognizable. I used to know one and he never went by any nicknames; very nice, well-mannered, kind-hearted kid; would be in college by now, I think.
Of your list, I best like Isaac Julian and Isaac Arthur. I like the feel of Isaac Gideon but the "c" to "G" transition is a bit sticky for me. Please excuse any repeats of ideas...

FWIW, the Isaacs I've known haven't gone by nicknames, at least not consistantly. They've all been just Isaac.
I like Isaac Gabriel, Isaac Laurence, Isaac Theodore, Isaac Valentine, Isaac Walter, and Isaac Wesley. I'm always a little leery of doubling up on very obviously biblical names in combos because they do run the risk of sounding too weighty and devout. It depends on the names. Isaac Gabriel and Isaac Jude sound fine to me, but Isaac Gideon and Isaac Phineas have a whiff of fire and brimstone about them.

I love Isaac, especially the Australian pronunciation. Go for it :D

Isaac used to be my top boys name slowly it's dropped down my list and it rests somewhere in 3rd/4th place at the moment. I still like it a lot, but I'm not sure if I really love it anymore. I dislike all nicknames, I just like Isaac.
My combo for Isaac is Isaac Amadeus after deciding that Isaac James was too boring and Isaac Wolfgang didn't really flow as nicely as I wanted it to.

I really like Isaac. It's a great name. From your list of combos my favorite is Isaac Thomas. I also love Luka and Nicholas, but there's too much K sound with Isaac. I love Gabriel too but it runs into Isaac.
