Annie, Bonnie, Libby, Winnie, & Molly: all have a sweetness, a pop, a freshness in my mind. I do like all of these names as stand-alones or even, as nicknames.I like Tess & Bess, a lot, but not Tessie or Bessie.Kitty, Effie, Essie, Tilly, & Nelly: I like these only as nicknames.

As standalones, I love Bonnie, Hallie, Harry, Molly, and Polly, and I like Jenny, Minnie, Nelly, Sally, and Annie. Billie (g) and Kelly (b) are a couple of my GPs. There are tons more that I'd use as nicknames for other names.

I'm certain there are others as well but I notice that you forgot Reilly, Vinnie, Derry, Carrie, Callie, Lorrie, Franny, Prissy, Matty, Nettie, and Hettie. And even though it's not in the database yet, Auggie.I'll go through these tomorrow. I would do it tonight but I really should be going to bed.
