I tend to prefer it in the middle slot, but I definitely enjoy its meaning/imagery.
It is my favourite name, but I worry about it getting too popular.
I think it's princess-y, nice as maybe a middle name but I can't really picture it as a first name although I do really like it. I dislike the nickname Rory. :)
It's a nice name...looks pretty, sounds pretty. I think the pronunciation can be a bit much sometimes, and I much prefer it pronounced in Spanish over English. It's definitely a usable name, though...feminine and classy, while still having a bit of a modern flair.
I do think it's a creative name for a girl. It sounds very modern to me and I think it suits few people. With a name like Aurora, you won't meet many of them. A problem is that the Disney Sleeping Beauty's name is Aurora in real life. This can make teasing or embarrassment. Well, fairy tales are dying out so soon that won't matter. If you are looking for a name that is unique but not made up, Aurora would be a fine choice.
I like the imagery it brings up, but unfortunately I trip over the pronunciation far too often for me to ever find it appealing.
Beautiful on paper. Unfortunately, hard to say sometimes.
