It's my name, so. :) I've never actually liked it much - the popularity did ruin it for me some, definitely. And it gets misspelled quite a bit, even though I have the most common spelling. I get Magen more than you'd think, and I also get it spelled with an H and a Y and all kinds of things. It's a little ridiculous.I've never liked Meg. There's a handful of people who call me Meg, but they're mostly older relatives. I only have one friend who calls me Meg, but that's kind of a special case.I pronounce it MAY-gen; I'd say that's the most common pronunciation around here. MEG-en winds up sounding a little clipped, so it kind of naturally gets elongated into the "ay" sound.
