No, Rubika isn’t used here. My guess is that they just elaborated on Ruby via Annika, Danika, etc.

I found this online: 'It is understood the unusual name is a nod to one of the couple's grandmothers.' No idea what the grandmother is named (I’d guess Ruby).
EETA: Yes, Jessica’s grandmother’s name is Ruby and the baby was named after her.
