My ex brother in law Nathan is half german.
He has sisters named Liesel, Deanna and Andrea
his fathers name is Holgar and his Opa is Arno which is my nephew Philip's middle name. My neice Magaret goes by Greta or Gretel sometimes.I'll post more names ASAP

My favorite German name is Christiane (prn. chrish-tee-ah-neh). I also like Sabrina, Viktoria, and Friederike. For boys I like Deiter and Ottokar nn "Otto."Edit- Forgot the boys and Friederike.

Caroline is a bad idea, because the K sound is usually written as K not as C.
I don't see your names as being particularly German, besides Sebastian. Sofie would be more German than Sophie. Some suggestions:
boys:
Dieter
Dietmar / Ditmar
Eckhard
Gunther
Guntram
Hildebrand
Jochem / Jochim
Kaiser
Karsten
Konrad
Kurt
Rainer
Sepp
Steffen
Wendel
Werner
Wolfgang
Wolframgirls:
Elsa
Gretchen
Hanne
Hedwig
Ilse
Imma
Johanna
Kerstin
Kristin
Liesel
Marlis
Mitzi
Suse
Zenzi
To my sweet muse
Every time you rip my heart out
Every time you break it
I pick up the pen I hold in my hands
And write the most beautiful poems
But you know what
If it's alright by you
I'd rather be happy than a poet

Just to tell you, I am German. I think I know which names are used here and which aren't. I also know both Caroline and Karoline. They're both pronounced the same. Sofie I've never seen here so far. But thanks for your help.

I love both of those combinations. I wouldn't exactly call them German (at least the spellings), but I'm not an expert on that.Other names she might like (nns in parentheses):Anna, Elsa, Renate, Marta, Johanna, Alix, Wilhelmina** (Willa or Mina), Beatrix, Liesl, Anneliese* (Annelie), Lorelei, Emmeline, Clara, Petra, Monika, Greta, Zella, Maria (Mitzi, Mimi or Mia);Peter, Friedrich / Frederick (Fritz), Klaus, Kurt, Konrad, Karl, Erich / Eric, Stefan, Rainer, Rupert, Dominik, Max, Matthias, Kaspar, Isaak, Gustav, Paul. * Pronounced "anna-LEE-za" and "anna-lee." ** Pronounced "willa-MEE-na."
