Re: Fiona
I do like Fiona, but I think of Shrek (and I've only watched the first movie ages ago) and a pretty stupid friend to my brother. Me and my dad were picking him up at her house and were asking for the address, but she didn't even know her own address so she had to go out and look. =/1. Fiona Marian Cicely 2. Fiona Marian Dorothy3. Out of your favorites for 1. and 2. which do you prefer and why? I don't really like any of them to be honest. I like Fiona Marian, but there isn't a flow in the combo with Cicely and Dorothy4. Out of your least favorites for 1. and 2. which do you prefer and why? Fiona Cicely Marian because it sounds better5. Do you actually love any of these combos? Do you like any of them? Or are they just okay or do you dislike or hate any of them? I don't hate them, but I don't like them either. What about Fiona Marian Cecelia, Fiona Celia Marian, Fiona Marian Deirdre?

Marian and Dorothy are family names, but Dorothea could also work and so could Mariana, or Marietta, or Mariella.I'd also consider using Ella or Frieda or Jean instead of Marian. If I didn't honor my nana Marian with my first daughter I definitely want to honor her with my second daughter or with a son. So if I honored my other grandma Jean or my great-grandma Ella Frieda I'd be happy with that.Cecil is a family name for me and my partner but I have been toying with Cicely since this is one of my partner's mother's favorite names. She was going to name her daughter Kiera Cicely Dolphin nn KC but ended up letting her oldest son, my partner Tim choose her mn. He was in middle school at the time and loved Sailor Moon. He chose the name Serena which doesn't work very well with Kiera or Cicely, so she ended up naming her Ceilidh Serena and never ended up using Cicely. She has told me that she doesn't want me to use her fn or mn as a honoring name unless she somehow dies before we have children. I've been thinking that using Cicely might be a good way to honor her. I do like Cicely, I've liked it ever since I was in middle school and found the Flower Fairy books by Mary Cicely Barker.(I wrote this response last night but fell asleep before I could post it. I actually fell asleep thinking that I had posted it, but I just noticed that I obviously did not do that. :P )
