Thoughts on the Hebrew male name Adino?
What do you all think of the Hebrew name Adino? I believe that it is pronounced "uh-DEEN-oh"
It means "ornament" and my name book says "adorned/clothed with praise". I like this meaning.
So what is your opinion of it? It sounds sort of Italian to me...

It sounds a little Italian to me too. I don't really care for it, I don't generally love male names that end in -o.
Adino might be a word in the language, or perhaps a lastname... I'm not quite sure, at the moment. My Italian is out-of-practice.
What is my opinion of it? It doesn't strike me as a name that I could easily see on someone-- there is something incredibly lacking in it's sound; it is unbalanced. I'm not very fond of my surname, and I suppose, in reaction, my view is tainted to the point that I'm not too fond of Adino.
